He’s passionate about building real community, showing up consistently, and making space for dads to be present, honest, and human.

Raised on the vibrant island of Trinidad and Tobago, he grew up surrounded by community, culture, and the belief that “it takes a village to raise a child.” That upbringing shapes the way he shows up today as a man committed to being a positive example not only for his own son, but for other fathers striving to lead with intention and love.

Jermaine is a proud father of three, community builder, financial educator, and spoken word poet. His dedication to men’s spaces is deeply informed by his own experiences with isolation and the challenges many men face when navigating fatherhood, finances, and mental health without adequate support. He believes that when men are supported, families thrive—and that community change happens through intentional spaces, one conversation at a time.

Professionally, Jerry serves as the expansion leader for Coalition Properties Group, the Director of Coaching and Education for Keller Williams Empower, and a National real estate and business coach, he equips professionals to grow with integrity, discipline, and purpose. Jerry uses leadership, education, and ownership to help families and communities walk in their God-given purpose.
